Chocolate Mocha Iced Coffee

Time: 5 minutes

Instructions

  • 2 cups strongly brewed coffee chilled

  • 1 cup 2% milk

  • 1/3 cup chocolate syrup

  • 1 pint mocha chocolate chip ice cream

  • 3 cups ice cubes

Ingredients

  1. Combine the coffee, milk, syrup, ice cream and ice in a blender.

  2. Turn on the blender and allow it to run for 30-45 seconds until all the ice is crushed and the ice cream is smooth.

  3. Immediately pour the drink into 4 cups.

  4. This recipe makes about 4 16-ounce glasses of mocha iced coffee.
