Iced Vanilla Rosemary Latte

Ingredients

Syrup

  • 1/2 cup cane sugar

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 rosemary sprig

  • 1 vanilla bean

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Latte

  • 1-2 tablespoon vanilla rosemary syrup

  • Ice

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1-2 oz espresso

Instructions

  1. To make the syrup add sugar, water, rosemary and vanilla extract to a saucepan. Scrape the seeds out of the vanilla bean and place them in the pan, and then place the whole bean into the pan too. Bring mix to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. then pour syrup through a fine mesh strainer and into a glass, allow to cool before using.

  3. add syrup to the bottom of the glass then fill with ice. pour milk over the top then add the espresso. stir everything together, and garish with rosemary sprig
