Coconut Cream Cold Brew

Here is the latest in Sweet Bean’s kitchen! Try our creamy coconut cream to cold brew coffee for a complementary combination of coconut cream and cold brew coffee. As always, we would love to see and hear from you about how your own coffee creation.

Coconut Cream Cold Brew

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cold brew coffee 

  • Sweetener of choice (honey, vanilla syrup)

  • 2 tbsp coconut cream (2 tbsp water) or 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • Ice

  • Optional: Shredded coconut, Nutella

Instructions

1. Make cold brew coffee. This takes about 15 hours for coarsely ground coffee to steep in water. You can also just use regular drip coffee if you don’t want to wait. 

2. Stir sweetener of choice with cold brew. Add ice. 

3. Froth coconut milk in a milk frother. If using coconut cream, add about ¼ cup of water to thin the cream.

4. Top cold brew with frothed coconut cream or milk. 

5.Optional: Stick shredded coconut or chips on the rim of a glass using nutella. And top the cold brew coffee with more shredded coconut.
